BIRCH Visual Identity
The BIRCH visual identity was introduced in 2026 to symbolize the unified strength of our three collaborating institutions: Brown University, Brown Health, and Care New England. Calling to mind overlapping leaves or a Venn diagram, it represents a collective commitment to building a stronger, more integrated research infrastructure that enables interdisciplinary collaboration across health systems and academic units. Displaying the BIRCH visual identity signals alignment with the unified research ecosystem that aims to catalyze innovation and maximize impact for the benefit of all in Rhode Island, the nation, and the world.
